Who we are
Artemis Stakepool (ticker: ARTMS) is a Cardano stakepool operated by a single individual based in Adsborough, Somerset, United Kingdom. This site — artemispool.co.uk — is the pool's public information website. It does not process financial transactions, hold ADA, or have access to delegator wallets.
Data
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. This is transmitted via Resend (an email delivery service) and delivered to the operator's inbox. We do not store this data beyond the email itself, and we do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site is used. These tools are designed to be privacy-friendly: they do not use cookies, do not track individuals across sessions or sites, and do not store personally identifiable information. Data is aggregated — we can see that a page was visited, not who visited it.
This site sets no cookies of its own. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies. Google Fonts loads typefaces from Google's servers, which may log your IP address under Google's own privacy policy.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Given that we only retain contact form messages in our email inbox, this amounts to requesting that we delete any email correspondence you have sent.
